Vancouver doesn't really have a backup goalie now that Demko is hurt. We could try to pry away a mid-round pick and escape the contract.
These trades would almost make a top 5 pick a guarantee, and we could draft Viggo Bjorck, which is the exact type of player I believe we need.

Jarnkrok will be put on waivers once Berube gets fired. Not worth anything. Canucks don’t want Stolarz rebuilding. Plus worth more than a 4th rd pick. I believe Maccelli gets you more than a third rd pick. Mcmann deal good cause u got a 1st and a prospect. So 1 out of 4 on your post.

Maccelli could be put on waivers and nobody would touch him so the thought he would fetch more than a third is a clear indication of your lack of hockey knowledge.

Regarding Stolarz - I would probably say a package like

San Jose will not give away a young up-and-coming guy for 2 old guys who are on the decline. I agree we need to offload those contracts but SJ would not agree.
I feel the top 3 guys in the draft will be Stenberg, Verhoef, f and McKenna. If we are in the top 5, I would probably target Caleb Malhorta or Chase Reid.

Robertson makes 1.825M and Domi makes 3.75M, so total money going out is 5.575M, and Strome makes 5M, so it clears up 575,000 without retention. In my opinion, the retention is not needed, but I overall love the trade.
