Would love to get Provorov, but he's not getting traded.
Good skating, playmaking, hitting, scoring Dmen on a 3 yr entry level contract are almost never traded. He will be their best Dman in 3 years and re-signed to a massive contract.
He is just not on the table in the 1st place.

My leaf lineup as of right now
Jvr. Kadri Marner
Komorov Bozak Brown
Greening Matthews Nylander
Martin. Laich. Leivo
I like the size and speed greening and leivo. Also brown could start in the ahl michalek would take his place. Babcock will definitely play the matchup game with Matthews and Nylander. By the end of the season you would think they will top the forwards in ice time.

I think this is pretty close but I do believe Soshnikov will be on the opening night roster. Who's spot does he take? I'm not sure, I think it would be either Leivo or Greening out of your lineup.

Agreed Nazem, I'd take out greening, and put komarov with the kids, soshnikov with Bozak and Brown
Hyman may also warrant a spot on the 4th line

imo the leafs need to take this season and see what they got. Last year was a small sample. A hand full of players saw a hand full of games. Their older guys have 1-2 years left so I don't see the need on retaining salary in a trade. With expansion draft coming up that's when you can get value in their trades

Leafs lunch you rather go into the season with a young group and a young goalie. If they had bishop they would be so much better and still delvelop one of their goalies. I get what the jets are asking for but just like the oilers when you aren't holding any of the cards your not going to get what you want

Why are we giving so much for Trouba? Jets need a goalie anyways so a trade and sign that involves bishop would make more sense. Jets have a deep prospect pool as well so a trade with Toronto probably won't happen

No not yet if Babcock can turn him into the centre that he wants he will stay the if he is winger then we would trade him. Regardless he will finish his entry level contract at least.

We already pulled an Edmonton (jvr, Kadri, Reilly, Nylander, marner, Matthews). We also traded kessel,seguin and Hamilton. So we had many top 10 picks that includes a few top 5 picks. I get it though we could use Patrick or that swede d-man
