Leafs take that in a heartbeat. But yotes will laugh and hang up it doesn't make sense when they are giving up their stud d for two older rental players when they are not going to playoffs? And you would have to give up a Marner or Nylander to get OEL .

Doesn't make any sense to me, maybe i'm missing something but why would the coyotes want JVR? They're second last in the league and aren't contending anytime soon. I think they would want top end prospects and draft picks for OEL not a scoring winger in his prime.

Yep makes sense. Arizona trades one of the best defenseman in the league for a top 6 winger, and old bottom pairing d man and a 2nd. Great for a rebuilding team. Seriously put some thought into your trades. Would you trade Reilly for Palat + Garrison + 2nd? I didn't think so
