Schenn would be a good addition but I don’t think Robertson and Kampf get the deal done.
Schenn has a $6.5 million dollar contract for 3 more years.
Robertson is an RFA and Kampf has two more years at $2.4.
The money simply doesn’t work unless Domi’s $3.75 is added to the mix.
Would St Louis take Domi for 3 more years?

Old habits, but at the same time, this has not been an issue most of the year. Every team has downswings you know.
Fla won a cup barely making the playoffs.
I'm not sold on the team either, but at the same time I'm not taking a couple games as a reason they lose in the first round.

Florida gave up a young goalie, 1st, and took on a dumpster fire of a contract with only 26% retained.
Generally when people say "They won't retain that much for that long" it's because it's a horrible contract for a bad player, who is extended far to long. But, if you want to make that insane trade, go for it. Seth Jones is not worth that. He's been bad for many year now and is signed for 5 more years.
