Kraken and Leafs Trade
Leafs Trade:
1- Mitch Marner
2- Timothy Liljegren
Kraken Trade:
1- Adam Larson

Justification:
- Free up cap space
- Add needed defensive depth and size
- Change team culture

As far as a 2nd pairing LHD is concerned I would like to see the Leafs send Nick Robertson plus a prospect to San Jose for Ferraro.
If Seattle balks at sending the Leafs two RHD (which is likely) Leafs should try to sign Matt Roy who doesn’t look like he will be resigned by LA who will move one of their young prospects like Brandt Clarke up to the big team.
Reilly - Larsson/ Borgen
Ferraro - Matt Roy
Benoit - McCabe
Edmundson (resigned) - Timmins.

That looks like a solid blue line. Something the Leafs have been lacking for a long time. Building a solid blue line will also help whoever we have playing in net. Finally Reilly has never been given a legit top pairing partner. We need to support our core players with complimentary pieces and sorry but Lybushkin is a decent 5-6 bottom pairing defenseman but as a top pairing guy let's be serious.

This has got to be the worst trade ever. Those WPG players stink. Marner is going nowhere. More like Nylander and Mathhews should go.

Hellebuyck is in top 5 goalies in the league. Watch a few games dude. Scheifele is a very good player. Again watch a few games. Jets may say no to that.
