I believe we need to give up whatever we need to give up to get that #4 pick from Edmonton draft Tkachuk. With the connection between Matthews and Marner with Tkachuk I just see it being the best line in the league very quickly. So what do we give up to get it?
They need D so I am willing to package Gardiner in said deal with D prospect Percy/ Loov, basically any of our D prospects would be available. D for now and in the future. Possibly Goaltender Prospect. What do you think? Actual ideas on how to make deal work not just, That won't happen.

How much do you think Montreal gives up to move up in the draft to pick French Canadian Pierre Luc Dubois. Maybe the French super star there fans have been wanting for so long.

Why trade with them when you can keep Dubois (going to be a really good power forward) and hold it over MTL for 15 years or so.
Nobody wants to trade with Montreal, the only good player on their team is Price; they proved that this year.

ON the JVR Subject I like the Shea Theodore part but I would want Max Jones as well. JVR is a Left winger and he would look good on that top line in Anaheim ( put them over the top) What do you think?

I personally wouldn't trade JVR till trade deadline. By then I think he will have been having his best season to date. After all he has never played with anyone of the caliber of Matthews before. I predict big things this season for JVR His value will be through the roof.
