Columbus adds to their lack of fwds, leafs get domi who’s dad was a legacy here and could help are system I believe he’s a solid player after all a first round pick.

I weirdly could see him working out in Toronto, I don't think he's every really been used right think of it this way.

Be nice to have someone playing with your 2 superstars that can bang in a few goals and is Willing to fight to protect his teammates, don't forget pops will be around all the time in Toronto to work with him on things broken in his game.

He wants to be a centre. He has all but demanded it for years now. I don't see him being happy as a LW here.

His attitude is an issue. I wouldn't take Max.

It's his attitude for me, not his abilities. Max is a massive chirper. Sometimes you piss the other team off enough with your chirping and they target your stars as payback. We don't have a big team or in anyway an itimidating team. In todays game with no retaliation really allowed, we don't want guys running Matthews, Marner etc because of Max's big mouth chirping everyone.

@Leafsguy. Since this is an off-season deal, of Simmonds, Bogosian, Thornton and Hutton, how many do you think we realistically bring back? I would think it very likely that 3 of 4 are not back.

So my take on domi is he wants to be a top 2 centre, but I can't see him coming to Toronto thinking he would unseed one of those guys, so I Think he'd be happy getting a shot to play with Matthews and marner.
