I would do this trade though Ceci, Bracco and Timashov have little value. Manson is worth more then Kappy. A big top 4 RH defensive dman under a good contract is worth more then a good top 9 forward under a good contract.

Leafs life has been living under a rock. Hasn’t checked Manson’s stats. Everyone Wake Up. Manson has worse stats then Ceci Rn, the leafs aren’t going to be giving up Kapanen for him.

You need to read the responses more carefully. LeafsLife disagreed with the post. I think you mean NylanderMagic or Glimmo don’t you?

And I’m on yours and LeafsLife side. If this was two years ago, I would say go for it. But Manson has regressed significantly the last two years. He’s basically a Luke Schenn type player now. He’s not worth a roster player. At most he is worth a mid-round pick.

I am surprised with your analysis of Manson. I totally disagree and feel his way better then Ceci and would look great with Reilly. A top 4 RH defensive dman with a good contract is worth way more the a good top 9 winger with a good contract. There is no way u get Manson straight up for Kappy.
