First post on here so I've seen some people get ripped on hard on this site. So bare with me alright.

Leafs trade: jvr bozak a 2nd and a 3rd

Ottawa trade: ceci and a 1st

We may have to add a low end prospect to pry ceci away, but i feel its a good fit for both teams. Ottawa needs offense badly and have chabot coming up which could probably gain a spot on there roster. Ceci is never going to pass karlson. The first is to cover toronto if ceci fizzles out and becomes a dud, the 2nd and 3rd give ottawa a chance at a draft steal.

Thoughts?

Interesting i originally had it as just a second from the leafs but i feel ceci is likely to slot in top 4 d right away possibly play top line with reilly and let's be honest ottawa probably won't do aswell this year as last their goaltending was unbelievable i think that ends up being a lottery first that's why i added the 3rd as both jvr and bozie likely don't resign with the leafs. But where do you guys value ceci? he's 23 made phaneuf look better then he is.

Won't happen. Because JVR will get a Prospect plus 1st and 2nd and 3rd.

Lol interesting, some people are saying to much from the leafs some think jvr can get that himself. Nonetheless this would be what i'd be calling teams with bozie jvr a 2nd and a 3rd for a top 4 d that plays the right side and a 1st preferably the teams that might not make the playoffs, so that first might be a lottery pick. Teams like mini nashville could regress ottawa florida carolina i would say la but i can't think of anyone there worth going for maybe muzzin but I don't know his age. If you could somehow pry brodie from calgary with the defensive skill they now have. I could see mike smith choking and calgary sucking. But before the year starts i'd like to see bozak and jvr gone because these forward lines still look solid

My wings may be messed up but you get the point also i know everyone will say marner isn't ready for centre but he's rediculously quick has the hockey sense to play centre in the nhl and has the drive to back check the way a 2 way centre should.
