Any player in my proposal that have a NTM/NTC would have to waive to complete this transaction.

Flames truly in a both retool and rebuild will be looking towards the future, Kadri at 33 years old is a trade asset 3.5 million is a lot to retain but to move Kadri at full salary would be next to impossible, getting NRobertson and Minton is a great move in depth of young players, Kampf and Jarnkrok gives them 2 players to fill in the roster as they add to there prospect pool.

Kadri makes his way back home where it all started giving The Leafs 3 solid Centers for the upcoming season, I believe Kadri will be exactly what Treliving will be looking before the season gets going as Kadri and Tavares are close in talent wise, this proposal would help huge upfront after losing Bertuzzi to Chicago in Free Agency.

I don't think Calgary wants to retain 3.5M for 6 years, nor does Toronto want to have Kadri signed until he turns 39.

Not a huge fan of letting Minten go before we see what he’s about but having said that it really is a do or die season and I love Kadri have five guys to fill 2-3c position if injuries occur is huge and 3.5 til you’re 39 isn’t far off Tanev or what JT might get so I’d say do it if you replace Minten with another prospect and draft pick.

Columbus makes the biggest trade in their history with this proposal getting mostly a young forward in Holmberg, 2 good prospects plus a 1st Rounder, Kampf and Jarnkrok have to be part of the package for Cap reasons.

Treliving said he wants to change things up, he went hard in free agency getting Defensive and a Goaltender but has yet to address the forwards, this proposal does that in flying colors.

I’d do this in a heartbeat if Laine shows up in shape and with drive I think he’s the belle of the ball this offseason former 2nd overall 40 goal scorer hard to pass on plus he has size that would allow him to redefine his game to a more defensive roll.
If he gets 25-30 goals he replaces all these players in production so I say go for it.

I have zero interest in Laine. Also, Leafs are trading 3 Pkers and getting none back, horrible trade for the Leafs IMO.

If they were giving away and retaining salary on Laine, it would be worth a shot. Jenner is a great target. If "taking" Laine (retained) brings down the cost to acquire Jenner, then that's the only scenario I see him worth trading for.

I think it's best to trade jarnkrok for a fair draft pick. We could bring up Steeves to fill his role. Getting a draft pick can give us a bullet in the chamber at the trade deadline.

Everyone spent years placing Jeremy Bracco at 2LW. Where is he now? Rehab? KHL? Finnish league? Your guess is as good as mine.

We can't just assume every prospect is as good as the media says they are.

IF Marner is traded and it's a big IF with so much involved including The Leafs deciding to Trade Marner, plus Marner waiving his NTC and sign an extension with a new team, if it happens I have a proposal that involves Utah as they have made it clear they really want Marner, this is my proposal.

Lots of big moving parts for both Teams but with a move like this it would reshape both teams.

Utah in the end get the best player in the trade in Marner, Knies who played so well in College with Cooley are back together and Liljegren gives Utah another Defenceman with still an upside ceiling.

Leafs want to stay competitive adding what they added in free agency, deal with the cap as well as ending the soap opera of is Marner staying or going, this proposal fixes everything.

Anaheim full of very good young players but missing that one piece of an elite player like Marner to take them to that next level is why Anaheim would do this.

Changes were promised by Treliving and with really Marner both having the most value and giving them more Cap flexibility this would be a huge step, Adding McTavish, RStrome and The 3rd Overall Pick helps going forward also.

Why trade marner, he is a good set up man. Look at his assists 62 and 35 Goals. Mathew’s is just the opposite. There are other players that need to. Go before Marner.

I still don’t believe he waves for Anaheim. He wants to go to a team with playoff potential or with cup contention. I see Chicago for the reason of Bedard.
I see Vegas for cup contention. Rangers do intrigue me for both in terms of star power and cup contention.
Funny as it sounds Utah could be kicking tires as new owner what’s to make a statement to fans bring in star player.
