To TOR: D - J. Chychrun

Arizona gets a package of a younger D that is signed for 2 years and still a RFA. They also get a 1st and 2nd and a player on an expiring contract

Chychrun is chronically injured.
Hasn’t played since March 12th.
Is currently week to week while recovering from two separate injuries.
Chychrun has had surgery on both knees, his shoulder and his wrist.
Has never played more than 68 games in a season.
In his 6 seasons in the NHL (82 x 6 = 492 games) Chychrun has managed to suit up for 337 games.
Roughly 68.5% of the teams total.
Chychrun is left handed, Leafs need another RHD to move Holl back to #7.

Trading for Chychrun would be another Dubas error in judgment in a long list of mistakes.

The injury history is definitely not good, maybe the package becomes lighter due to that.

He is still injured and not able to play, correct? Not exactly what we need right now. Especially given his history of injuries.
