Cap out if dermott signs for 3 mill it's actually 15 as well.

First trade I believe will work because minasota doesn't need a rebuild but more of a retool as they should be getting younger with guys like Suter, praise, stall, suprgeon all veterans so they get a scoring winger when healthy can probably get 25 goals, 50 points and maybe dermott does better in a new place. For the second trade I figure that in order to get quality we have to give up quantity. So Nylander is better then teravinen but Pesce is basically a better version of Holl and can play pk.

Bottom pairing is interesting because I do believe that Sandin is better then Ceci already and will grow throughout the summer and next season and Lehtonen is a wild card.

That's some leafs bias saying Nylander is better than Teravainen lol. He really isn't. Teravainen would be the best forward in his own end on the team immediately and score as much or close to, Nylander's pace.

Probably fair trades, maybe the leafs add a bit in each. But if we get Pesce, I don’t really think we need another top pairing guy like Dumba. Also Dumba had an off year so it’s a bit risky.

I think it’s more likely that the leafs target one top pairing guy for Reilly and then either play Dermott with Muzzin or get a young cheap player to play beside him like Jokiharju or Bear.

I agree only 1 of the is needed.

Dumba is better at his best and by a long shot. His injury has put him below pesce and by alot. its a low risk high reward with a steep cap hit if he never gets back to himself. If he finds himself again he is a steal. problem is everyone doughts him and his recoving to his old self including minnesota. they just want to cut their losses and cap hit while he is still in the unknown state of his comeback. If they waste more time waiting on him to get back and he never does no team will risk it. so its now or never.

Pesce is constant. his injury isn't so bad. he will recover. with pesce you get what you get. his high and low are one and the same. perfect partner for rielly

Dont worry about the teravainen side of this trade
