Would any of you go with Domi, Rielly, 1st, 2nd, 5th for Werenski?
Cowan was basically a second-round pick. In fact, if the Leafs didn't take him, I think he would've gone in the second round, and even though I think AA is better and younger than Domi by far, CBJ wants established players, so Columbus might value him higher.
This offer would be very similar to the offer @LeafsGM78 commented on my last post for Werenski. (Rielly, AA, Cowan, 1st)
Sign Boone Jenner 3x4.75 to replace Domi.

This may be the most embarrassing trade post yet…

Maybe that package for Thomas Harley? I would like to hear your trade proposal be for either Werenski or Harley Without using Knies, Cowan, Danford or AA because that's what I was trying to do!

Give it up already.
If you are offering 2nd or 3rd tier talent for a Norris Trophy winner you will not get any recognition of being serious.

Why is everyone still trading for Werenski? I thought we got Raddysh to fill that role. PP1 etc.?

That’s not getting you Werenski’s sticks. They will want Knies and likely Cowan. I’m not doing that. Give Reilly away and sign Anderson and Ferraro.

I agree..... Give it up re: that package. If you are not using Knies, Cowan, Danford or AA as you said, they you are going to have to do a package of Matthews and someone else or Nylander and someone else to get Werenski and someone else and then why would Werenski want to come here. I just don't see this as a fit. He can't negotiate a extension until a year from now. Even if he and his agent tried to circumvent rules by doing a informal nudge nudge wink wink in advance.
You still can' trust a lot of the playesr anymore after what we have seen of late. Funny how they push hard to get the No trade no Movement clauses to protect themselves. But when they want to go it's "Trade me now. I know I gave 12 teams but these are 3 (Usually in their mind 1) teams I want to go to. Now get it done."

They just signed Stetcher to a 2yr contract. They r not signing Anderson. CBJ looking for different players than Vancouver was. One was rebuilding the other is trying to contend. They want NHL ready players plus draft pick and a prospect.

I agree with Leafs_Forever. I think you make an offer to Dallas for Harley. They are in a tight cap situation so they need to make a move. They also already have their stuff LHD in Heiskanen who eats up their PP time. If we could make them a palatable offer, could they trade him to make space to sign Roberston and Bourque?
Maybe they could do something that starts with the Col 1st in 2027, OEL or McCabe to give them a serviceable LHD for the now as well as a young player? Maybe Robertson to go play with his brother?
Not sure if it's enough to pry him away but it would be a great target and you wouldn't have to give away the whole farm like you would in a werenski trade and he's signed for 8 more years.

They r trying to get rid of Robertson. They have no interest in trading Harley. They will sign Bourque.

If they straight up wanted to get rid of Roberston, they wouldn't have already offered him a $12M contract. The problem is they don't have the cap space to go any higher. But if they can unload Harley's $10.4M, it allows them flexibility to keep Roberston and Bourque before someone offer sheets Bourque.
