I remember you saying this last year too David, and everyone laughed at you. Then Boston spanked us in the playoffs and everyone started singing a different tune.

What do you think about Lucic if we could get Edmonton to retain some salary? How much would you be willing to chance on paying Lucic now?

I would be fine with these, although trading the 1st is tough, we get what we need.

I’m ok with both trades, although I kind of see Benning as like a short term solution until Liljgren is ready, and I guess we could keep him at a low contract so it would help with the cap issue. I don’t mind that one

The Simmonds one I’m ok with as well, but I don’t know if Philly does it unless they really want to make a move before Dec 19th. I just think they would ask for more.
