Dallas needs to shed a goaltender and Toronto needs a backup. Dallas receives a lower pick but avoids the buyout.

Actually really like this type of deal for the Leafs. Lots of cap space next year, so they can afford to do this.

We don't still have ottawas 2nd if I'm not mistaken it was traded, only SJ's left.

Like the idea, but switch Letonein for Notme. Better numbers last year and sweetens the deal for Dallas (5.9M vs. 4.5M cap dump) . Leafs 2nd is SJS, not Sens.
