Leafs sign Sam Gagner free agency don't overpay 5 yrs 3.5 million

That should be enough it's a bit risky for leafs but high reward if it works

Your switch Bozak out Gagner in so your basically getting a first rounder for komorav use it to draft second defenceman in first round or make move at draft table so you can draft centre Glass and dman foote.

You trade 2 guys away for a first, which both of these guys can get a high first. Buy your logic is signing Sam gagner so that makes up for it? I don't understand you. U wanna keep a team full of rookies with no veterans to guide them. Go play NHL 17. I'm sick of looking at your avatar now.

Why hold onto Bozak JVR and Komarov

Go to free agency and get better pieces that help the young core

We have too many bodies we need to ship out older players that have value.

I'm having a really tough time trying to understand why you think Sam gagner is better than Tyler bozak. You really don't understand what is best for this team.

David this is ridiculous. Even if you think Gagner is better than Bozak, why give Bozak away for free? Makes zero sense.

Bozak is more important to this team than people lead on. We aren't selling any more, that was made clear when both Hunwick and Polak got past the deadline. Bozak is essential to this teams success right now and likely next year. If he gets traded I bet it's next years trade deadline. I wouldn't doubt they resign him to a team friendly deal.

Gagner is younger, but not better than Bozak. Bozak is great on faceoff's and has performed consistently better over the years.
