Savard and Korshkov would instantly add credibility to our soft team of pampered and overpaid spoiled babies. Tavares is the only one that has actually earned his pay because he’s played for close to a decade. He deserves his reward now. Tavares’ peers are Stamkos, Crosby, Toews. Matthews, Marner, Nylander are all significantly overpaid compared to their peers (Rantanen, Point, Tkachuk) . How do you even begin to justify what they are earning compared to the other RFA signings this year? You can’t. Now we have to find a way to make sure these guys don’t so much as stub their toe. and we need guys like Korshkov and Savard to do it. A fourth line of Korshkov, Gauthier, Engvall looks good to me.

I like it. Liked your Manson trade too. Making the salary work for both teams these days is a challenge.

Not sure about giving that much up for Savard but he's a favorite of mine so I probably would.

Lol. LeafsGm getting really tired of the snowflakes lately? Been raging pretty hard as of late. I am a big fan of Tavares and agree there. For a superstar he actually works incredibly hard every game and am happy to have him.

Trade anyone of Nylander, Marner, Mathews to send a message more than anything at this point is my thinking. Don't want to be here? Bye bye then.

Yes, I am sick of these overpaid kids skating around like a Disney princess. Maybe they can win at Dancing With The Stars or Pro’s vs. Joes or something. They can’t win at Bahl is getting pretty obvious. Maybe I’m just frustrated because I actually thought we had a contending team this year and now I would be more surprised than not if they even make the playoffs. Maybe that’s their plan though: make the playoffs, but in a lower rung so they don’t have to face Boston. That must be it. They want an easier first round competition. Boston and St. Louis are doing great. Because they combine skill and muscle. Leafs have only one and lack the other. Notice how nice Nylander’s teeth are? He probably had braces growing up. He doesn’t want to risk getting one knocked out now does he? Lol. Notice how none of the baby Leafs are missing any teeth? Show me a hockey player with no teeth, and I’ll be the first to call him a real hockey player.

Love it boys. Am I the only one that finds it tough to watch the leafs play? It kills me to see them dance around the outside. Tavares is the only players out of the big 4 that I would keep. Someone is going to have to go.
