Blues still suck. All their players are old and slow. A bunch of hacks. Even their Captain is in decline. All those guys can stay in St. Louis. I would rather have Nylander and his speed and playmaking ability over Schenn any day.

Schenn isn’t worth anything near this offer. Blues only traded a couple picks for him. That was after he had a much better year and had double the time left on his contract. I never heard of Saarela before, so when I was looking up Saarela to see who the heck he was, I seen he was included in the Eric Staal deal. Staal brought a 3rd and 2x2nd. His stats at the time were almost identical to Schenn’s now and contracts were very close as well. I would have to think that’s a pretty reasonable precedent to use for any proposal involving Schenn.

You just don't have the assets to get them both with out it seriously hurting your team.

FYI if the blues suck what does that make the leafs. Blues are 8 4 1 in last 13 games since new year if i am correct leafs are hardly 500 and on top of that we kicked the crap out of you 4-1.
