Personally I don't think the O'Reilly trade means the Leafs are done. I think they hunt for a D and I think Engvall is as good as gone as there really isn't room for him, especially with the contract he got. I would take all the others above him that will likely be in the bottom 6, even Kerfoot.
7 of (O'Reilly, Jarnkrok, Kerfoot, Acciari, Holmberg, ZAR, Kampf, Anderson) will be in the bottom 6.

If Dubas is going all in and isn't afraid of emptying the cupboards because he figures this is the year, I think he still goes big name hunting on D.

If he does this and has a deal in place(talked to O'Reilly before the trade) to re-sign O'Reilly for 2-3 years at around $2M, then the window may become this year and next.

Man I really hope dubas goes big game hunting on the defensive end but I just can’t see it… I hope they trade engvall he’s god awful he looks like a big parking meter on skates.

He can get 4x4 on the open market so maybe a 8x 2.25 might work here all front loaded. 20 million might keep him a leaf.

@ RLF. This would be great. only other move i would like to see is if the Leafs decide to play O'Rielly on 2nd line and move Tavares to LW.
