So I have posted that I think the leafs should move Reilly after this season here are some options I have thought of

Tor: Reilly
Phi: Myers ratcliff 2nd

Tor: Reilly
Nyr: Schneider 1st chytil

So first trade the leafs get Myers who is a rhd and signed to a multi year deal he's a big man who can skate and adds offensive upside leafs get another big guy in ratcliff and a pick.

Second trade leafs move Reilly to a team that basically has no left side on the blue line leafs get the guy they should of picked in the draft Schneider looks nhl ready head got good size and plays a physical game they get a 1st to get another prospect and a young controlled middle six player Leafs could take the cap space to replace Reilly with a savard or ekholm

He's going to be a rental at that point. This also hasn't been his best season. Barring a great playoffs your probably looking at a 1st+prospect for Reilly. I think your overvaluing him a bit.

You could be right but with this flat cap most teams except for the bottom feeders would have to move out cap to make it work.

Leafs don’t deal rentals when they are a playoff team

Hasn’t happened lately and probably won’t happen now

Both those packages are for a player agreeing to sign an extension.
