To NYI: D - T. Dermott + F. J. Bracco + 2020 2nd round pick

To TOR: D - R. Pulock

Pulock is better, so the Leafs add to the deal

Isles are in cap hell, with $8M in projected cap space they have to sign both Pulock and Barzal. Isles also have 2 young promising RHD in Dobson and Wilde

Leafs sign Pulock to a bridge similar to McAvoy 3 years $14.4M
AAV of $4.8M

Toronto trades Dermott + Jeremy Bracco to the Islanders for Michael Dalcolle and Ryan Pulock. Both guys (Dalcolle and Bracco) get a change of scenary and may ignite their dwindling careers.

If you want Pulock it’s probably going to cost Nylander. After the leafs just traded Kapanen I doubt they will be moving Nylander.

Brrcco and Dermott for pulock and dal colle? Lmao. bracco is worth maybe a 7th if that. So your essentially saying Dermott and a 7th are worth Dal Cole and Pulock. That's the kind of post that makes hotwing and Islandnut keep trashing leafs fans. It's so far outside the realm. Why don't I just offer Bracco and the rights to sign Barrie for Quinn Hughes then? Seems fair right?

I think what needs to be considered is cap space. The Isles will be in a tough spot.

If cap space is an issue I can make a list of guys that are traded for trash before pulock. Cap space is an issue for Boston, Tampa, pitts as well. Don't expect Pasternak, Crosby and Hedman to be moved because of that.
