Cater is a huge no imo. Even at 50% off he still isn’t someone I think Leafs would consider taking even if LA gave him to us.

Canadiens would never ever make that trade.

Flames would never ever make that trade.

Wild would maybe make this trade if we included Liljegren. But then Leafs wouldn’t.

Leafs would never ever make this trade.

Dermott+Kapanen for Domi is a more realistic scenario and one that I think both teams would be interested in if they weren’t division rivals.
