My mistake on Hertl, idea was to add leadership, grit and imagine how badly Thornton, Spezza, Marleau and Burns want to win the Cup. Every bit as much as Tavares. Multi player trades are nothing new, as when Gilmour was acquired. Idea is to address all areas of the team.
