I read an article the Skjei could be available. Could be an intersting target

If Villeneuve wasn't injure I would have sent him instead. But as for Skjei, the systems in Nashville take away from his skating, he makes 7m for the next 4 seasons, and it's possible he can be had for cheaper than most players dut to last 2 seasons being 33 and 26 in Nashville.

We really get an upgrade from a struggling Oel that they could potentially flip at the deadline at 50% for possibly a 1st.

On a good team he was good (Carolina 40+ points, +15, on Nashville he's trash). But he's a solid skater, with a good break out pass, he's logging 19:51m per game, and wouldn't necessarily cost us any of our premium assets.

He starts 79% (37 neutral, 42 own zone) of his starts defensively in Nashville, he's terrible because he's not using his best skills. He actually pretty similar to McCabe.

I like Skjei, but you need to move off Raddysh if you want another rouck mover that struggles defensively.

@Hrenklin He isn't as physical as McCabe, but is definitely better offensively.

I will never have the Dubas mindset of 6 puck movers is best though.
