Would anyone be interested in doing a 7yr x 8.5M for Simon Edvinsson? Because 5 is lower then 7 we would have to give up 2 1sts, 2nd, 3rd which is a high price but do you guys think its worth it?

Nope. And they don’t have the picks to do it anyway …. Has to be their own picks.

Yes they do.
We go into the later drafts (i.e. 2029 and 2030) and what's stopping us from acquiring our own picks back?
What would you give up for him in a trade?
Joshua and/or Domi for cap reasons, but what picks? And what number would you resign him at?

It’s only 1st rd pick not 2 if u offer $8.5m. And Wings match that easily so not going to work.

As mentioned - it is 2 firsts when it is 8.5x7 because you take the total contract (59.5M) and divide it by 5 not 7 because 5 is lower and then you get 11.9M which does equal two firsts, second, third but if you believe that Detroit will match than it doesn't matter.
