Well deadlines gone what about the draft..
Tor: Robertson (RFA) 2nd (PICK 56)
Pit: 1st (NYR)
Dubas loves to trade down depending where the pick lands leafs might have to add the third Robertson being a guy dubas drafted is cheap and still young cost controlled asset.
Makes sense for both teams.
There's a few centres I'd look at jack Nesbit out of Windsor might be a player 6'4 185 plays a hard game would be a good
Replacement for minten

I'm getting a little concerned about our goaltending the last 4 games it's been rotten. Stolarz and Myers worst players on the ice. I know we certainly didn't dominate but all our goals were nice they got 3 or 4 rubbish goals plus 2 empty netters. We should have won this game it's so important to finish 1st place.

After Marner post game chat with media this is the first time I can see Marner not being here next year.
It’s obvious the Leafs have been trying to get him to resign and they are frustrated. The Leafs let the request for him to waive his no trade clause leak out . The Leafs want the world to know that they tried there best to get Marner to resign and he wouldn’t do it.
Players generally don’t leave there original teams in free agency. The list is long Crosby Malkin MacKinnon Mcdavid Draisaitl Kutherov Pasternak Nylander Ovechkin Larkin and on and on
But I know know that Marner is going to end up in Pittsburgh
Something has happened between Marner and Treliving and Shanahan needs to step in and work with the agent of Marner to bridge any bad feelings that have crept into the ability to sign a deal.
