Kind of an outside the box trade

Tor: Robertson 2nd 2025 conditional 2026 3rd
Ott: giroux (50%)

Conditions are if Robertson walks to free agency the sens get the third

More of a deadline move in which the leafs may have to move another contract to make happen but it's clear what the need is with the team is like to see them get a guy with experience and playoff numbers giroux is older but he is a good two way guy that still has game.. Also Ottawa would have to be willing to sell him

Seems like we are giving up a lot but Robertson doesn't fit he needs a fresh start and the sens could provide that.. man what an old team tho haha

I don’t think Robertson has much value now

There is a major trade coming

McMann Domi Robertson
Lorentz Kampf Holmberg

Third line is huge problem Domi can’t score but he is good setup guy

McMann goalless in 8 games and Robertson has only 1 goal no assists in Leafs first 15 games

Well I think jarnkrok will help the third line when he comes back. Dewar may help, not sure i don't know much about him.

Or we go big and try to trade marner, move domi with matthews and knies. Hopefully aquire a third line center in the trade.

Or switch up the lines.

Domi sucks. Bad signing . Nostalgia shouldn’t keep him on this team.
