Komarov is way too valuable to trade and at current salary is a bargain. He kills penalties, can take face-offs, plays physical and works hard every night.
Also, Martin is making too much money not to be in lineup. He has a role and will be on fourth line for forseeable future.

The guy was coming off a concussion, and had logged tons of minutes against the opposition's best players all season long. Aside from Polak, he was the only Leafs' defenceman who was a physical force in front of the net. I don't see the need to sign him for seven years, but to not sign him would be lunacy. Plus minus numbers can be extremely deceiving. Leafs should re-sign Zaitsev and Hunwick, and look for a replacement for Polak who played with great heart but is now older and coming off a major injury.
