They won't be winning the cup this year, so they are best to just sit tight. To trade any high level prospect right now is just stupid. It's a rebuild for a reason. I also want to know, how can nylander be a rookie if he is a 3 year pro. Whoever is saying that give your head a shake and give the kid a break. You can compare him to marner all you want. Fact is marner is going to be an elite player. Nylander has a chance to be also. Brett hulls defence sucked ass! He scored goals. You need those to win hockey games. Keep the team how it is, unless you can get a solid defence man for someone not on the main roster. If you are trading a main roster player Gardner is a good star.
