I like the first trade but I would sooner try to get Honka instead of Lindell from Dallas.

Leafs need a quick shakeup and since Babs is going nowhere these 2 trades a good start and finish to the shakeup.

Honka sucks. At best he would only ever be 3RHD on the team. Lindell is far more proven and is a very capable replacement for Giveaway. I’m already giving Dallas a good deal here.

Let's face it, a new pair of skates and two pylons (defensively) are better than Giveaway. I like the size and offense of Lindell, I just believe that Honka is more mobile and has been unlucky in defense pairings.
