TOR: Dotchin

TBL: Carrick

Minor trade but Dotchin is a big bodied right handed dman who could replace polak. He is young and has the mean streak polak has. Not sure if Tampa really needs Carrick but something like him or a draft pick to snag Dotchin. Dotchin has been struggling to get into the lineup but it is what it is with the D Tampa has.

There is still some room to improve with Dotchin but I believe he would fit perfectly on the third pairing and I think Babcock would love him. He would definitely stick up for the young guns

I am sure the Goat would be running around like a lamb on the Marlies.

Dotchin is a vile, low hitter and should have already been banned from hockey.

He is clearly not the type of player Babs wants. Have you ever listened to anything Babs says about the type of player he wants on the team?

So why does he like polak so much? Polak can be a borderline dirty player yet Babs still praises him.

There's a difference between overaggressive and dirty. Polak is out to rough someone up, while Dotchin is trying to literally break bones.
