If I was Carolina I would do it because you are freeing up even more salary. Already have 15 million free. If we need to sweeten the pot give them Leipsic and Gauthier.


With that pick the leafs can select Liljegren. With the other first they have already they can select Foote or Nic Hague. Leafs will be against the salary cap so they need to offload some stale apples for any draft picks.

Leafs would need to add but I'd be willing to make this a workable blockbuster. Love the players that would be coming from Carolina.
