This is so unrealistic and one sided for Toronto but this would save the Leafs organization.

CLB: David Clarkson and 1st Rd pick

Tor: Leo Komarov

CLB dumps the worst contract in the NHL.

Ari:2017 2nd Rd pick and 2018 3rd pick

Tor: Tyler Bozak

I think this is actually fairly reasonable

Tor: JVR

NYI: MDC and 2018 1st/ 2017 2nd

This would be good for Toronto and not bad for NYI.

Clarkson is never coming back to the Leafs; not even for a 1st, and you want to give up Komarov who could get a low 1st at the deadline?

But I actually like the other two trades.

The Clarkson deal is horrific. Bozak makes sense and the NYI deal is reasonable, although would prefer a 2017 1st
