I think the leafs should do this

Tor: Bozak and WSH 2nd

Det: Datsyuk and 1st 2016 (16th)

I think this is a really fair deal IMO. Explain why this wouldn't work for Detroit because the leafs would do this.

I would but would Holland give up a first round pick? It seems they are in need of defence and Bozak would plug their hole at C. Clearing up almost 3 million in cap space would allow them to pursue UFA's or trade options.

I like the idea of getting a bonus for Datsyuk but I think that it depends on how we feel about Stamkos. If we get Datsyuk we don't have room for Stammer and then our division rivals Detroit seem favourite to sign stammer

Interesting idea, but Detroit is stuck with dead cap by Datsyuk, so getting a player like Bozak is not bad. The pick is around 16th

Pretty sure that Bozak and a 2nd would be worth a mid-late first without a cap dump. 7.5M is ALOT.
