Wow, now these are some minor deals. The montreal one i like. Trading a small forward who could play center if needed for a large forward who could play center if needed could work. Both players have not lived up to anything special so why not?

The detroit deal might take another piece. I mean this svechnikov is not real good but he is good enough to make an nhl lineup. Korchkov is not ready for nhl just yet and thsts why toronto may need to add.

Overall pretty small potatoes but probably the only thing leafs do at moment

Mikko kokkanen is a solid LHD prospect to slide beside hollowell.

Korshkov and Svechnikov both derailed by injuries. I don’t know if either are nhl ready. Both are borderline. I just like Svechnikov’s size.

korchkov is actually bigger at 6'4

svechnikovs salary has performance bonuses that could make his 836,000 salary turn into 1,050,000

other than that it might be worth the very tiny risk this deal is.

I’ve updated my lineups to put Kokkanen in. He’s a good b-prospect player, you’re right. Would be perfect fit for that empty space beside Hollowell.

Korshkov is taller by one inch, but Svechnikov weighs over 30 lbs more. Let’s just say they are both huge. Lol.
