Heard a rumor of Nylander to the Preds for either Ellis or Ekholm. To be completed after July 1st when Nylander's bonuses are paid. Does this make sense for the preds after trading Subban??

If that trade is true. Preds add a bit.

I'm not a fan of that trade if that is what is rumored. Could of had Trouba for less.

I like Ekholm, but not at the cost of Nylander. Similar to what TorontoBuds said, we could have had Subban for a lot less, and then traded Nylander for a package of some sort elsewhere.

I think the right guy for us is out there somewhere. We just need to be patient.
