Sabres fans have been whining about losing out on the Babs sweepstakes ever since the Leafs signed him out from under their noses. I think it is time to appease our brothers south of the border.

Leafs: Babcock(50% retained), Liljegren

Sabres: Ristolainien

Leafs promote Sheldon Keefe, who has done an excellent job developing the Leafs core in the A. Time to let him work his magic in the big leagues.

Is rather have Babcock lace up and play defense than have Ristolainen back there. He’s getting worse every year.
