No chance in hell Boston does this. Carlo worth more than Kappy alone in my opinion.

So carlo who's been the third pairing defence with 32 points in 3 full seasons is not worth top 5 fastest winger who scored 20 goals last year and is signed to a reasonable deal? Give your head a shake.

But the bruins would be crazy to trade him to any team.

I don’t know if Carlo is worth more than Kappy. Bit of a wash if you ask me. What I do know is that Boston has a great defense, but their forward depth is lacking. After their monster first line, they don’t have much going for them up front. They might actually make this trade. Kapanen has potential to be a 30 goal scorer if given the opportunity. Kapanen is a top line player. He proved that last year. Nylander’s return derailed his incredible season (and the whole team if you ask me) .

Hate the thought of trading with Boston too. But in a rumour site like this, who cares? Lol. Just discussing the merits of the trade is what I enjoy. I liked this suggestion. I think it is a fair offer and good for both teams.

Lol if speed is all that mattered teams would be signing speed skaters and teaching them hockey. Nothing against Kapanen but I don't think he his Ceiling is as high as Carlo could potentially be. Not trying to say it's far off but I believe a B prospect or 3rd or 4th Rd pick would nee to be added.
