Anaheim moves Fowler and Andersen for a Vet LWinger in Hartnell a Prospect RWinger in Bracco and switching the 24th Overall for the 3rd Overall to Draft Puljujarvi is the key for Anaheim.

Columbus gets rid of 2 bad Contracts in Hartnell and Tyutin, yes Trading the 3rd Overall is hard to part with but getting Kadri, Gardiner, and 2 later 1st Rounders is still a step forward for the Jackets.

Toronto needs to upgrade Defence and Goaltending and Fowler and Andersen is exactly what the Leafs are looking for, with clearing Kadri out that Top Centre position is all ready for the July Stamkos signing.

Aniheim is in a situation where they have to deal 2 out of 3 young players due to cap problems. Getting Hartnells contract would cripple them from signing any of these RFAs they need to sign.

I do like the overall trade value on these deals and your points totally are merit. The cap is the only thing holding this deal back.
