How's this look for a young NHL ready center. He could slot in the 2c/ 3c which could hopefully keep Knies in the system, unless we use Knies to fill out other major hole for a #1 dman. And bring back a young 6"2 RW/ C that skates hard and hits, captianed Battalion to 2nd.

I have not been a huge fan of McTavish in the larger trades mentioned but to be honest... This trade would be a good one for the Leafs. We are giving up 2 players that fans are ready to run out of town.

McTavish is a fit for what we are giving up and I like Procyszyn. His numbers to most people are not eye popping but North Bay committed its system to a defense oriented team and it did get them to the 2nd round.

Yeah, and he had a solid playoff as well. But ran into the powerhouse Brantford. My biggest concern is McTavish wakes up and goes on a run this playoffs (I actually have Anaheim eliminating Edmonton).

Johnny, it was literally 2 weeks ago McTavish was a healthy scratch. And there top 2 RHD (Gudas, Trouba) are UFA and play a similar game. But older.

McTavish is a great target, especially if you can buy low right now.
Will it be a slow as proposed, not sure on that.

I'd love to get McT and Luneau back in a deal. MacT could still end up a good, physical #2C in the likes of Bennett. I still believe Luneau has top 4 potential and could be dangerous on the PP.

@rlf You'd like Ethan Pro, he's a 6'2 tucker. His skating could use a little work, but he's 19 and very well rounded and feisty player. If your liking Luneau so much, I think Anaheim likes him too, and they are pretty short right hand dmen with Trouba and Gudas being UFA.



I've also done some deep diving into Raddysh, he's got a boomer of a point shot. Leads the league in most 90-100m/ph by an embarrassing number (91, 2nd place is Bouchard @51). He's also top 10 in 80-90m/ph. Only 1 over 100, tied for 6th. I'm hoping he hits the free market.

I assume you are talking about Procyszyn. And yes, I mentioned him on here a while ago. Luneau is someone I have been taking about for a couple of years. I am aware of Anaheim's right side being their weakness. That is why I wanted Luneau a couple years ago. If they resign Trouba and Carlson, right side isn't so weak.
