My two trades to start things off:

I don’t want to see Bobby McMann traded but if they do, this one would interest me.

To Seattle: McMann

To Toronto: Berkeley Catton, 1st in 2026. Catton is 20 years old with offensive upside but he also hits everything that moves.

2nd trade:

To SJ: Nylander, Reilly

To Toronto: Misa, Ferraro, 2026 1st rd pick.

Nylander going nowhere and neither is Matthews. Reilly offseason.

As far as the McMann for Catton deal. I would love that one, Clarky. Problem is, so would 30 other teams that have a comparative McMann to trade for Catton. I love that kid. He doesn't care if he is on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th line. Just happy to get the ice time and learning time. His point totals are not nearly what they could be but when he is on the lower lines his linemates are caught off guard with his passing ability and at times miss great open shots.

Hey is the Leafs had paid attention to just putting a kid in lineup for experience Cowan would have played and learned not say in the press box for a month. That was a crying shame to watch.

Do you mean Berkeley Catton or a 1st in 2026 for McMann?
Seattle certainly isn’t giving up both for McMann, who is more a complementary player, not an impact player.

Have u learned nothing from the Roy trade, WB? Mcmann will fetch a 1st and a prospect. Especially if the team getting him works out an extension before trade. Which I'm sure Trev will give them permission to negotiate if it sweetens the package

So much for that 1st and a prospect.
