Let's see, I think I have mentioned this to you before. You can't trade retained salary, so stop adding it to your proposals. As well, Schultz is out 4 to 6 months with a broken leg and you are giving up players that are kinda integral at the moment to keep us at or near the top of the division. Sprong still can’t break into the top 6.

Why would the Leafs trade a 1st rounder and 2 regulars/ depth players for a defenseman that has one season under his belt, is not considered elite and took almost 5 years to make it to the NHL? Just curious is all on how you determined Pulock's value with that offer?

Because he had 32 points last year playing for a non-contender, he isn’t a bad defencemen, but you are right it may be a bit too much.
Ya this wasn’t my best proposal, the one coming up though I put a lot of thought into and it should be better.
