Tampa Bay: Lievo

Toronto: Dotchin

Fair trade that suits both team's needs and both players aren't used or could crack their own lineup. Both needs to play more therefore starting fresh. As far as the cap, both are cheap which makes it fair on both sides. Leafs need a gritty and big young RHD and Tampa gets extra fire power on offence.

I would absolutely do this trade if Tampa would.

I don’t think Lievo has as much value to Tampa as Dotchin would for us. But as far as an exchange of spare parts go, I like this.

LeafsGM, exactly. this trade has no intention of either team trying to win it, because we value Leivo very well but we just don’t have the room for him. just like Tampa bay to Dotchin. Both young and good potential, it’s more of a positional depth need, as opposed to skill vs skill type of trade.

I’m glad you can agree on this trade as I try my best not to get criticized or me being perceived as biased unlike some users in this site who posts silly trades.

Like the trade. Though I haven't seen him play, his stats and reviews suggest he might make a good replacement for Polak as the 6D. Size, grit and a good 2-way game.
