Yes, it's a high risk parting with Andersen, but it dumps salary and the return is a promising goalie and potential starter, gritty forward with scoring touch. We also have Ian Scott, Joseph woll, kaskisuo in upcoming back up rolls/starting roles in future. This in my opinion gives the leafs cap space and a better chance this year to make a run. Marchment has been sick on the marlies so give him the spot. Same with sandin. Keep him up too. He will only get better.

I don't have much faith in Marchment. He doesn't look good at the NHL level at all.

Kreider is a UFA I don't think that's a good move and that's a massive overpay for gorgiev based on what goalies are going for. Would rather just keep Freddy. Can't blame him for every cross crease pass that bum Marincin allows.

Kreider will not be leaving the NYR, he wants to resign there, so don't bother trading for him. The Leafs do NOT need Georgiev, Andersen just needs to get back to how he was.

The Dumba trade makes sense to me, but the Leafs eat some of Ceci's salary (regardless of LTIR)
