My wish list for free agency.

Mikkola, Mcleod, JAD, Gauthier, Ratcliffe, Gadjovich, Hathaway, Foote.

Mikkola and McLeod will cost the most. The rest should be cheap enough. Some will probably play with the Marlies. McLeod, Ratcliffe and Gadjovich are local guys, which is a plus imo. A lot of these guys are still pretty young and that is what the Leafs should be looking to add.

If the Leafs could get Pesce as well, that would be a very good D-core. Assuming it would be based around Nylander for Pesce. Than I would look at Nashville and see if the would go for

Liljegren for Trenin.

Get Samsonov signed and buyout Murray in the second window if he can't be moved. Should have enough cap space to get all of this done.

If Garnett Hathaway takes the type of deal jankrok signed term and AAV or less then great pick up. Anymore on either then pass

Gauthier Ratcliffe gadjovich and Foote would all be great signings

If Hathaway signed then the 3 forwards plus holmberg Robertson Mcmann steeves sda Hirvonen would battle for 2 roster spots plus 1 extra forward spot leaving the 5 losers to make a solid marlies

As much as I’d love Foote I don’t see leafs getting him as they just signed klingberg and lajoie meaning leafs now how 8 D as well as niemela villeneuve kokkanen to battle timmins giordano and lajoie to grab 6-8 d spots on the depth chart leaving the 3 losers to fill marlies d spots.
