Doesn't make sense anymore for the Leafs to go after Tavares. Contract will be too long and too much and our boys already proved themselves. I'd pass on him and focus more on D

Why would we go after a franchise player when we already have a couple in the making? Makes no sense and we won't be able to afford his contract in a couple years. Unless you want to trade Matthews or Marner then. HA!
