Aatu Räty could compete for a 3rd/ 4th_line center role and get some playing time with the Leafs during the upcoming season. There are always going to be injuries, so it’s good to have some depth at center too.

Not a chance. We have plenty of players to fill that I’m definitely not retaining on Mo's salary. We’d need to upgrade our defensive lineup if we did this.
