I’m hoping Chayka finds trade partners for Reilly, Maccelli, Robertson, Joshua and Lorentz.

I’m okay with not winning any trade, just want some cap space to get a couple of solid UFAs and plug a few holes.

Reilly to SJS for either F. Bystedt or Carson Wetsch plus R4 2027.

Maccelli and Robertson to NJD for Dawson Mercer.

Dakota Joshua to WJ for R5 2027.

Lorentz to CA for R4 2027.

Toronto will not do any of this, just look back at the players they have traded to bring in dead wood. There are more Leafs players on other teams than all of the NHL combined.

Toronto will not pull the trigger because they do not care if they win the CUP, they fill the arena anyway and this will not stop until people demand more. The blow jays are in the same boat.
