Phillip Danault (25% Retained) to Toronto for Laughton + Järnkrok
Danault can show better next season What could he produce as a 3rd line center once Scott and Calle's contracts expire.

Roy's been underwhelming this year, and so has Danault. Moving Danault to 3C might be just the spark he needs for a fresh start.
So Roy could also change teams too.

Laughton to take the 3C spot at his new team; Calle probably returns to Sweden after the season.

So Nicolas Roy might be moved in exchange for a third-round draft pick.

So u want to get rid of the 28yr old 3C at $3m for a 33yr old 3C making $5.5m? Roy has 20pts and Danault has 14pts. If u can’t see the issue here plus u r giving them Laughton and Jarnkrok. Thanks, but no thanks rather keep Laughton and Roy over dandelion ??
