First Time Post. I heard that there is a small chance McDonagh is available from the Rangers.

To TOR: McDonagh
To NYR: JVR, Dermott, 1st

Rangers start a bit of a rebuild with Dermott and the 1st and take on the expiring contract of JVR.

Leafs get the defense man that would fit well into their top 4.

That is way too much to give up for McDonagh. JVR and Dermott would be more then enough.

McDonagh would look great in a leaf jersey, but I think the Rangers would want youth. Dermott, Leivo.
